Item not received, seller not messaging me back

I bought an item on 22nd of May so I’m know I’m past the 30 days mark however I’ve been trying everything to get this item refunded and nothing is working. I’ve contacted the seller to see if they have posted my item to which they haven’t responded. And I’m struggling to get help from eBay as I bought the item as a guest. I’ve done the request guest information so I can get a refund for the item but I’ve done it 3 times now and every time I’ve not received an email for any information of the item. I have also searched for the item on request a refund and my order doesn’t come up at all. I did buy the item with buyers protection and I have a confirmation email that I did definitely buy the item and the money did come out my account. I’m just wondering what else I can do. I can’t find a way to contact eBay directly either to try sort it.

The confirmation email you received from Ebay should contain the links for opening a not received case, BUT if you are now past the 30 days, too late for any action through ebay.

When you buy as a guest, it will not show in your purchases, and seller does not know you as ercald_9310, so any action which you take has to go through the email route. Contacting seller direct, he will have no idea who you are, so not surprisingly does not reply.

As you are now too late, suggest contacting your payment provider, to see if they can help.
