Item not received- Happy to refund the buyer.

As | posted using Ebay labels for post Office apparently I am unable to claim from the post office themselves . Does Ebay refund me.  If so how doess this work or is the process automatic. It was sent tracked.

You would have to claim for a lost package via the delivery option you chose on ebay,so Royal mail online if the item is lost or damaged.

If the buyer opens a not received case with ebay,you will have to refund them in full if you can't show tracking showing the item delivered or attempted delivery, within 3/4 days of the case being opened.
