Item not delivered to my address

Hi,

I received a notification to tell me that my item had been delivered. I was home all day, and no one called. I checked my forecourt to see if the package had been left behind plants etc, but it wasn't. Upon checking the proof of delivery on the FedEx website, the photo clearly shows an unrecorded house with the number 8. I'm at 57. That door is not one in my road (all interwar 1930's semis/terraces).

I've contacted the seller, but they haven't responded and eBay say the item had been delivered so tough.

How do I rectify this?

You won't win a case of not received if the seller can provide tracking to show as delivered,so best contact your payment provider for help,so your card issuer if you paid that way.
