Item not arrived

Hi can anyone help, I made a purchase recently but realised the following day I had ordered the wrong item, was advised to return it once received was sent return label, the item never arrived and the seller is saying it was delivered but I’ve checked with neighbour etc it has not arrived can anyone advise please

If t received then you cannot return, but you can open a not received case to get a refund.

However if seller has tracked proof of delivery your case will fail. Has seller provided  proof of tracked delivery
