Item not arrived

Hello thought my item had arrived do messaged seller asking for a refund as item not as described but upon opening package was a different package containing another sellers item ! Should have checked! I've opened a return to the seller thinking it was item I want to return ,but it hasn't arrived as yet ! What shall I do ?

When the item you have opened the case for arrives, as long as you are happy with it, close the case.

Can I just check, you have asked to return something you haven't got yet, and you decided the item you did get was not as described before you even opened it?
