Item never arrived and all traces of order gone

Can anybody help, my item never arrived and now it's not even showing up on my account I have a dispute email that when I click the link it says error and the best thing I bought it on klarna so I gave monthly payment line up for something I never received.

Guest purchase perhaps ? (not completely signed in) will not appear on your eBay account summary --- instead search here >

My guess is that you purchased as an ebay guest, meaning you weren't logged in when you made the purchase.

Go to the confirmation email in your inbox, and , as long as you are within 30 days of expected date of arrival, open a case there.
