Item lost and bhf refusing to take notice.

Hi

Can i ask what to do as refused to reply to my PM to them about a tracking number or any details as they have yet again ignored me after buying a item, bad enough with the fakes they sell.

Royal mail refuse to check as they want a tracking number and will not check by address like they always do. Its a week late so would anyone know what to do as really this store shouldn't be on here selling.

One day after the latest estimated delivery date, open an item not received case.

Report item not received

Re: Item lost and bhf refusing to take notice.

Every time you mention the seller, you break the rules of this forum.

They do have thousands of happy customers who are pleased that their purchases go to help a large and important charity.  Their listings are possibly created by volunteers who are not experts in categorising and describing the donated items they sell.

And you have the Money back guarantee to fall back on, plus you certainly do not have to buy from them again, so it is a win-win situation really.

Re: Item lost and bhf refusing to take notice.

Stupid rules if you ask me, if someone says a seller it informs people of that bad seller since ebay don't care due to still getting paid, i can see why sellers are moving from ebay.

You do know buyers can see fakes don't you? Great feedback when the items are "sold" yet just happen to be back up for sale the same week yet has feedback for the item. Many sellers do it and from what i've been reading from this seller, i'm not the only one that sees it, real pity ebay have just became a manipulating platform.
