Item location

When I press list fix "item location" comes up as error. No matter what I enter it won't accept.

There are no know issues for this and I haven't seen any other reports for this. Can you send me a screenshot of the error so I can investigate further.

I see location is shown as London! Have you entered a Post code as London is a large place.

Hi thanks for responding. EBay sent a link for an updated listing tool and it finally worked!

I did try and it does show up on my listing but not on the site. I've now included the area in the description instead
