Bought a laptop that has been delivered by DPD to a local collection point, a shop.

The tracking shows it's been delivered on the DPD site.

The item is also showing as delivered on eBay but I've not had notification.

Contacted the seller and they have told me it's out of their control and I should contact eBay.

I can only talk to the automated bot and have filed an item not received.

Anything else I can do as the shop won't release it until I get notification.

Chek your spam folder to make sure the notification is not there.

If not then you will need to contact ebay for the code

Weekdays lines open between 8 a.m. and 10 p.m.
Weekends they open between 9 a.m. aand 6 p.m.

The seller does not have the information
