I did not received it. When I saw the photo on the next day I went down stairs there was nothing there, I thing I tool you that before on the 22/12/2025 According to that photo there is nothing there.

If you are querying the non delivery of an item from December you are way past eBay being able to step in. Their money back gaurantee only lasts for 30 days after the last estimated delivery date. You could turn to your payment provider they may be able to help.

Dear Sir/Madam, I did not receive the Item.As I said when I saw the photo on the next day I went down stairs to see the Item it was not there, I said that to the seller on the 22/12/2025. According to that photo there was nothing there? not on a notice board down stairs as it is on the photo?

You need to come back to your post go top right to the little down arrow from Edit,  take out your address from your post as this is a public forum and it's not safe to leave those details.

If you have not received your item proceed as below,  be aware if the seller has tracking to show delivery to your address,  the case will close in their favour.

If the seller is not being helpful,  go right of the item purchased,  and from More Actions select....  I Have Not Received My Item.

If you are not fully refunded within 3 days,  you must escalate the case on day 4 or within 30 days from opening the case,  and eBay will step in and force the refund.

Do not close the case early for any excuse or promise the seller may give,  and do not forget to escalate.

If you are complaining about an item which was shown as delivered in December 2025, it is too late to make a claim through Ebay. 

You may be in time to make a claim through your payment provider - generally they allow 120 days to start a chargeback (depending how you paid).

However, if the seller has tracking proving delivery, then you are unlikely to get your money back.

It's no good keep repeating statement. 

You were informed that you are way past getting ebay involved, had to be within 30 days.

Even then as seller proved delivery, you would lose. 

Have you contacted your payment provider, Bank,etc?

They are your only hope.
