Selling hatching eggs

There are “63 results for fertile chicken eggs for hatching”.

If it is ILLEGAL  to sell them (government policy) - why are EBay allowing this??!!

eBay's 'Live Animals Policy' says it does not allow hatching eggs.

Report it to eBay with the Sellers details and mention eBay's Policy.

The real question is why are these sellers prepared to use ebay to break the law.

It's the sellers who are ultimately to blame.

Thank you for replying.   I've done that but Ebay  have kept the
listings up!

It's not illegal, but eBay don't allow them and it's against their policy.

If it is against EBay policy  to sell them (or is it government policy, we are unclear)  - why are EBay allowing this??!!    There are 63 listings up stating fertile hatching eggs for sale.
