Item delivered funds on hold still

I sent a item & it’s been delivered I have proof of delivery from evri but I entered wrong tracking number so funds still on hold. Item was delivered to a shipping address in London I’ve contacted buyer & he’s bought it from a eBay account in Africa so says it will be another week before he receives it so won’t mark it as received. I’ve tried entering correct tracking number but it still doesn’t show delivered yet I have email from evri with pictures of item delivered. Item was sent next day delivery. I’ve completed my part. So payment should be made to my account not held up while a third party ships it to Africa. Any help would be much appreciated

You say that you have tried to enter the correct tracking number.

Have you changed the tracking number on Ebay to the Evri one?

If you have, you may have to wait for Ebay to 'catch up;.

Once the tracking on Ebay shows as delivered, the funds should be released to you after 48 hours.

Yes I changed tracking number on eBay & it’s now caught up so should get
paid tomorrow now. Thanks for the reply much appreciated 👍
