I've sold an item on ebay (just under £30), packaged it carefully, marked it visibly with FRAGILE tape etc but it arrived damaged. I have refunded the buyer after they provided photos of the crushed box and broken item but when I contacted the yodel chat service, the tracking number on the ebay correspondence and my personal details aren't recognised and they have pointed me back to ebay as they said "ebay would need to follow their process for getting a refund from Yodel"! At the moment, I no longer have the item, I have refunded the buyer and I am out of pocket! Can anyone help please or has anyone experienced this before? Thanks!
