Hi i sold an art screenprint through the global shipping, between gsp base and buyer the tube has been crushed damaging the print inside.
Seller has asked for refund stating damaged item, which is fair enough but i cant find any way to notify ebay its been damaged in the post? Only options i have are offer a partial refund or accept return.
Ive been looks for 5 days so only have 2 days to reply.
Thanks

The buyer needs to confirm it was damaged in transit and then you contact ebay CS to tell them that damage after it leaves the GSP hub is their responsibility.
They might try and argue a tube was insufficient packaging for air transport.
