Item confirmed delivered

I have sent an item to a buyer by RM Tracked 24. The buyer has confirmed receiving it by ebay message and leaving positive feedback, however the ebay system is showing undelivered and therefore withholding funds. What can be done to resolve this. Tried the assistant which is AI rubbish and just repeats…

https://www.ebay.co.uk/help/eua?id=5275&mkevt=1&mkpid
Or wait and it will be released anyway after 14 days.
