Item Delivered - eBay Label Not Used

I sold an item on eBay, went to use the label feature, created a label which I subsequently did not use (only offered 48 hour deliver when I stated I would offer 24 hour).
I then arranged my own label and 24 hour delivery and the item has been received several weeks ago.
How do I change that status on my ebay account to show that the label was not used, the item has already been delivered (I have the alternate tracking number) and to release the funds?

you should have used the label the buyer paid for they could have chosen the express delivery at checkout, if thewy didn't they obviously didn't expect anything other than standard delivery.

You should still click on get label as this will mark as despatched and the buyer will be refunded for the unused label though this can take up to 40 days. Your payment should have been released around 14 days but as you are an infrequent seller eBay may place it on hold for 30 days, enter payment holds in the help & contact top of eBay pages for more information on this.

Yes, it was the Fold. In my comms with the buyer I'd said I'd do vernight 24 hour delivery - when I reviewed the label, it was 48 hours only.

I'll get the label as you recommend.

I tried to get anew label but I get an error message and can't get a new one. ANy workaround?

Just reread your original post and see you already created the label, this should have marked the item as despatched but you will have to wait for the payment to be released, if your payment isn't available by the end of this week contact eBay to see when it may be released to you.
