Item Delivered By Royal Mail After Buyer Refunded

I refunded a buyer after 2 weeks as Royal Mail's Tracked 48 only update on their tracking system was received at post office on March 23. Yesterday, the item was finally delivered a month later and the buyer sent a feedback saying 'Thanks'. Unfortunately, I did not get around to claiming the refund back from Royal Mail. Could someone advise me what options, if any, are available to me to get the refund that I paid out.

Thanks

You will have to arrange with buyer. There is no way through ebay.

Payment can be made by bank transfer, paypal or cheque, you will just have to explain to buyer, but there is no means of forcing a refund. Even if you had claimed Off RM and they had paid your claim, you would still have to refund them, you cannot get paid twice.
