Item Damaged in Post

I sold an item using eBay Simple Delivery which was sent using Evri. The tracking shows that Evri will not be delivering the item because they say it is damaged. Please can someone tell me what I need to do to refund my buyer and get compensation from Evri?

If the buyer does not receive the item,  they need to open a case for item not received,  and this can be done one day after the item's last estimated date for delivery.

 

Using Simple Delivery,  eBay will then refund the buyer, and you get to keep the payout.

 

One of the benefits for using,  the far from faultless SD !
