Issue with postage label and had to post manually, now am not getting paid

Hi everyone, I sold an item recently but messed up the delivery method when creating the listing and essentially couldn’t use it, I thought no biggie I’ll just send it via Royal Mail and be done with it, did that with an item not long before where I’d done the same ( as it was the same listing as I had 2 of them for sale) first one was fine, still says un delivered but buyer got them and I got paid, however this second one it’s not budging and I’ve not been paid yet. Contacted buyer, they said they received and left feedback saying as much yet I still don’t seem to be getting paid and I’m wondering if because according to eBay it’s not been delivered. Not really sure what to do, any suggestions?

any selling in future I’ll be sure to double check the delivery method for the label as this has been a right hassle

If you do nothing money will be released after 14 days but see if you can add the new tracking to the order by going to the Order Details > Postage > dropdown menu (beside track package) > Add Tracking > + Additional Tracking Number.

If not and you don't want to wait 14 days contact ebay and ask them to do it to speed things up.  You can use callback on here:
