I forwarded a link for 1 of my listing to a customer who in turn made an offer above the minimum offer amount BUT I’ve not received the offer at my end, she has since sent the offer again and still I’ve not received it, any ideas? Thank you

Is she using the make an offer function on the listing?

You don't need to send buyers a link to make an offer.
They just click on "make offer" in the listing.
My guess is that whatever link you sent is not the correct way to do it.

So having found your listing she needs to make an offer from the listing.

Most bizarre, but it could be their device or browser they're using ?
I'm on a laptop using Chrome and your listings are all ' loud and clear' showing for me, without proceeding to the end of course, I clicked on a few of your Best Offer options, and they allowed me to place an amount and send.
Ensure your buyer is sending that offer though the Best Offer option on the listing, and to switch to a desktop using Chrome, and not use the app or mobile browser, see if that makes it more successful.
