I recently had a situation where the same buyer placed two separate orders. To save on shipping, I combined both items into one package and shipped them together.
However, in my Seller Hub one of the orders is still showing as "Not Shipped," even though both items were included in the same parcel and already delivered to the post office.
At the time, I didn’t know that there is an option in the system to combine orders before shipping. Could you please advise me how I can correctly update the shipping status for the second order, so it won’t show as unshipped?
