Is it possible not sell to users with 0 feedback / new users.

Is it possible to do this kind of setting?

A few new users with zero feedback purchased items from me and never paid. I had to wait four days before I could cancel the orders.

All my listings are set for immediate payment, but somehow, when they go through the Global Shipping Program, immediate payment is not applied.

I’ve been told by eBay that this happens when the buyer hasn’t set a payment method or there’s an issue with their payment method.

You can't block new users or users with no feedback.

No, eBay are never going to allow sellers to block new eBayers.

How often is this happening with international orders?
