Okay, you only have to post the info once, we can all see it.
So, to answer your questions in order:
For example, recently, I entered information in listing's description "Please have in mind about item location therefore if you are from abroad, international postage cost will be applied which I don't know how much." and then buyer didn't contacted me to discuss postage price, therefore I cancelled order first.
You must enter postage prices on your listing. If you want to ship internationally then either add your own international postage costs or use eBay's Global Shipping programme (they do it all for you). You must know the size and weight of the packaged item in order to add a domestic postage method, so should be able to work out what it will cost internationally when setting up your listing.
Second reason is, what if seller doesn't like final bid price after auction ended, can they cancel order within proper time such as 2 days after auction ended?
No, eBay consider the final bid price to be binding. Always start an auction at the lowest price you'd be happy to accept then, if you only get one bid, your item will sell for that price.
Third reason (which probably can be applied for auction selling and general selling), what if seller includes more information in listing's description in order to sell item such as asking buyer to contact seller to discuss final price because seller doesn't know exact price because it can depend from something such as postage, packaging costs something that sometimes can be hard to tell.
The final price is the auction end price, the final bid price, or your Buy It Now price if a fixed price Buy It Now listing.
You can't ask buyers to discuss prices with you - you set an auction start price or a fixed price Buy It Now price, work out the postage and add that to your listing and there's no need for buyer contact.
A large and bulky item could be collection in person only.

Until you ask a question, it is impossible to say whether we can answer. Some things can only be dealt with by ebay, as we have no access to your account or transactions.

Plenty of expert [members] here. If you post your problem someone will surely know.
Do not mention the name of another member though [ a seller for example]

If seller sells item using auction, is seller has right to cancel order FIRST for some reason? If yes, what are reasons?
For example, recently, I entered information in listing's description "Please have in mind about item location therefore if you are from abroad, international postage cost will be applied which I don't know how much." and then buyer didn't contacted me to discuss postage price, therefore I cancelled order first.

For example, to find proper size package for printer, painting is hard unless seller is business who always buys them in bulk from wholesaler that makes specific orders OR seller doesn't have access to scales in order to get postage cost but would if someone even had interest to buy item so why for seller to spend prominent time to find and then nobody buys item anyway? Then buyer doesn't contact me within proper time, therefore seller cancels order first.
This question is related with auction and general selling. Can sellers enter their own rules in listing in order to sell item? For example, recently, I entered information "Please have in mind about item location therefore if you are from abroad, international postage cost will be applied which I don't know how much."
If not, what is solution for that then? Every destination has different postage fee, so how I can to enter exact price for postage?
I will thank later if you know answers well.

It's a big ask to expect other, unpaid members to plough through such a catague of questions, most of which are already explained in eBay's guidance to sellers. It can take a little time to make yourself familiar with the rules, but we've all had to do this.
Have you tried clicking on "Help and Contact" at the top or bottom of almost every page, and entering a few words in the search field? You should be able to find answers to all or most of your questions.
It would help us if you can narrow down questions to any for which you can't find or don't understand any answer.

Sellers can cancel, but you should expect bad feedback, which you did receive for 1 item.
Too many of these can restrict selling.
All info should be on listing, you can't add extras after sale end.
I can see an issue with some of your items, you are selling from UK & Lithuania,
any item outside UK will incur VAT & possible import fees for buyers.
You can't charge more postage than listed.

Just for information, unless you block Countries to which you are not willing to post, anyone anywhere in the World can bid and buy, BUT without quoting a postage price, they CANNOT pay, unless you send an amended invoice.
As for example Royal Mail has 3 price zones for Worldwide and 3 price zones for Europe, it is difficult to be certain any postage quoted will cover the cost.
I rarely have expensive items sold overseas, mainly because I have restricted the number I am willing to post to, but when quoting overseas postal cost, I quote the most expensive, for Worldwide and same for within Europe. If overcharged it is easy to refund excess, but not possible to ask buyer for more.
