Hi! The seller told me international shipping is enabled. However, I can't see it and can't complete the purchase. How do I fix this? I tried contacting eBay, but the automated chat is useless. Thanks

Unless seller ships to your location, nothing you can do, as without postage cost you cannot pay.
This must apply wherever you are situated.

Yes, I tried to buy the items via ebay.com, since the seller informed me he ships to the UK. Moreover, he enabled international shipping costs, but these do not appear and I can not complete the purchase. I believe the seller is not able to manage international shipping and I do not know how to help him. Moreover, I used https://www.ebay.com/help/home without finding useful info.

Exactly, I don't think I can do anything because without shipping costs, I can't proceed with the purchase. The absurd thing is that the seller is available for international shipping but doesn't know the costs, so he relies on eBay, but something goes wrong and the costs don't appear.
