Any news on being able to buy Royal Mail standard international postage labels in ebay to USA and Canada?
I currently have those nations on my block list due to inability to buy labels. How do we stay updated to when the labels will be available, as to reactivate those nations? I'm hoping to get trade flowing over to them again before Christmas.
Happy to join any other relative threads if anyone can direct me.
Also, when will ebay make standard label printer prints for RM intentional? Not having this is a pain!

You don't have to buy your postage from Ebay.
Can you not buy direct from Royal Mail, either by using RM Click and Drop or by taking your items to the Post Office?

The post office shut down! Porting details from ebay to RM website not worth extra admin. Plus the extra taxes required now for USA wont of been precalculated and collected in the sale. This is done for other nations on ebay and we don't need to worry about figuring it out for each unique destination. This extra cost needs to be calculated by ebay and added to our postage cost, which is likely what is causing the slow down in implementation, due to it's varying nature, depending on country of origin.

I use RM Click and Drop - I am 'an older person', 1957 vintage - and rubbish at anything slightly technical but ...
If you link your ebay account/store to Click and Drop, your sales go across automatically with nothing for you to do.
Royal Mail add the tariff to USA to the postage cost so again, nothing extra for you to do.
You would still have to take your items to the Post Office, but you have to do that to get them scanned if you buy the postage from Ebay.
Obviously, it's your choice but if, as you say, you would like to resume your sales to the US, you may need to be proactive.

“Royal Mail standard international postage labels”
There is no standard, Royal Mail need information on contents as shown on Customs Declaration, to work out the amount of Tariff, as not all items are at a standard rate and some are Nil.
A friend uses RM Successfully, for Facebook sales, not ebay, as I doubt ebay could not cope with different rates or customs declaration.

Royal Mail Standard Intentional, "standard" is the term they use for the untracked postage service branded by them. Royal Mail International Standard.
"as I doubt ebay could not cope with different rates or customs declaration."
I believe that's what is likely causing the delay.
"I am 'an older person', 1957 vintage - and rubbish at anything slightly technical but"
I'm pretty good with technical stuff and getting on a bit now too, 80's.
"If you link your ebay account/store to Click and Drop, your sales go across automatically with nothing for you to do."
I did use that for a short while before RM was built in to ebay dispatch.
"Royal Mail add the tariff to USA to the postage cost so again, nothing extra for you to do."
There is an extreme extra thing to do. Make sure you've precalculated the cost of the extra tariff, and add this into all the items you sell, in the postage cost specifically for USA, with the value added depending on location of origin (which is information we'd need to go find for each origin as it's not common knowledge, and stay ontop of any changes which knowing trump could be often). Otherwise, we risk selling items for less than the added value we'd be charged over on RM's website. I've already done this for 1 customer who reached out to me directly, I sell low value collectable items and the extra tariff doubled the postage cost. Get this wrong and that's huge losses.
"You would still have to take your items to the Post Office, but you have to do that to get them scanned if you buy the postage from Ebay."
As mentioned earlier, the post office closed down. I can have them collected but I like the walk, I take mine to the local newsagents, they have drop off, lovely couple! They can now print labels but this has just been implemented and they'd have no idea about international postage requirements, or even know if the new system update does international, but it's already not an option.
"you may need to be proactive."
Definitely!
