International buyer but order only for UK

I’m a seller based in the UK and specified on an auction I would only post to the UK, however an international buyer has won it. They haven’t paid and are not answering my question about where their shipping address is. It’s only been a day, am I within my rights to cancel the order immediately because I stated no international postage?

Yes, you can use the reason "problem with buyer's address".  And put their ID on your blocked bidder list.

Although your overseas buyer could be using a 3rd party broker for you to send the item too in the UK. Until they pay you cant actually know that, as the address to send to, is not shown, until then.
