Inappropriate images in buyer feedback

Ebay is so frustrating.  I have just noticed that the buyer review at the top of my seller feedback has an image of a man in bondage (and there are more images in the review) - this is a review for a women's swim suit (which the man is wearing). I guess it sounds amusing but it's not what I want my buyers to see at the top on my feedback and I think it's inappropriate.  It seems there is no way to contact ebay about this - I've been through several frustrating cycles of useless bot chat and got nowhere.

It seems you can only ask for feedback to be removed if it is negative or neutral.

This covers ebay policies on feedback, but I think you have left it too late to get it removed.

In my opinion I do not see any need for pictures to be included in feedback, but ebay thinks it knows best.

Use the link below to get a callback from Ebay.

Hopefully at this time of day you would be called by Dublin Customer Services.

Explain that your buyer has added inappropriate and offensive images to feedback left and ask them if the images can be removed.
