Inaccurate postal address

Buyer has paid but the address did not seem right so I checked with Royal Mail, it is lacking in what seem to be essential elements, ground floor, (no flat number), Arvind (instead of Arvind Court). therefore worried that it might not arrive and be sent back. What should I do as I do not seem to be able to speak to a human at Ebay at the moment?

Inaccurate postal address

The safest thing would be to issue a cancellation via the dropdown menu arrow for the item on your orders page.   Use the reason "Something wrong with buyer's address".   If they've paid the refund will be issued on the process.

If you want to try to continue with the transaction let the buyer know what you're doing.   Ask them to correct their details in their ebay account before buying and paying again.

On the other hand if you prefer not to deal with them cancel as above and put their ID on your blocked bidder list:

Always post to the address shown on the ebay payment notification email you receive once paid, and use a tracked service, then if the item shows as attempted delivery or delivered you would not have to refund the buyer,as you would be covered as the seller
