Hi all, I hope you can help, perhaps someone knows who I can contact to explain why I believe a decision is wrong.

My purchase from the US has been cancelled by Ebay. The item had reached the Ebay international depot in America where it has been cancelled.
the purchase was of two antique swords from an American. I know there is no problem importing Antique swords like this here, i've done so before, anything made before 1954 has an exemption. These are both pre 1918.

Any help is appreciated

Have you been refunded?  If so that's the end of it I am afraid.

It has I'm afraid.

The item had reached as far as the Ebay shipping centre in America. They didn't export it as opposed to it being refused entry here. Anyway it's such a shame they are really nice things.
