Been unable to put this right over a couple of weeks - driven to open a brand new account which i can buy from snd leave 22 years of feedback behind!
evay customer services have made a couple of simple suggestions that have not worked abd now i am abandoned?
Its not the phone or rhe ipad - my new account works on both of them - HELP Please

Ebay have all your information, I have none, so if ebay cannot sort it out what hope have I got?
How long were you out of the UK? How does ebay know you were on Holiday? What is ID that you cannot use? What location do you have, it was probably a mistake if you changed your address to overseas or even recorded that you were not in UK.
Have you tried editing your address in ALL 5 sections, changing one does not change all.

Where's it getting Turkey from?
Did you bid/buy when you were in Turkey and have items delivered there?

Bidding on items whilst on holiday abroad doesn't normally cause any problems on returning home.
You haven't told us what connected device you used. If you took your laptop and logged-in through local hotel or public wi-fi it's possible that the Turkish details are still stored in the browser or mail client cache. Try clearing the cache and rebooting before logging-in again. I don't know whether this also applies to mobile phones.
Failing this, you are still registered as being in the UK but you could have somehow altered your account settings when you connected from Turkey. Check all your settings to see if anything has changed.
