Customer blackmail me

Hello all 

my customers received the item and next day i send me pic the lid of 3,4boex was broken during the delivery total boxes are 50 now he want to refund and i ask him to return my item and I refund your money but he is not sending me back my item and now blackmail me for bad reviews so what i do where I complain him thanks

There is nothing to complain about. All returns and refunds should be made through eBay. Your buyer needs to open a case under eBay's money back guarantee. If he is claiming that his item arrived damaged you then send him a prepaid return label. When the item is returned to you eBay issues his refund.

 

You are selling multiple brand new items whislt still presenting yourself as a private seller. Private sellers may only sell their own, unwanted possessions. Buying new items to resell on eBay is a business activite and you need to be registered as a business seller.

Customer blackmail me

Just politely ask your buyer to open a INAD - Item not as described, as the item damaged in transit. Buyer returns all of the items, you then refund in full, mention that this is the correct way to get a refund.

 

Please also note the additional points by @red_magpie  you are incorrectly currently registered on eBay's platform and should be correctly registered as a business.
