I ordered a vintage bottle of perfume. The seller sent via Evri. Item has not been updated on tracking since 5 December so I opened 'Item not Received'. The item eventually turned up today (16th December) in a Jiffy bag which was very well worn and on opening, the metal lid of the perfume bottle is bent and has come off & the spray nozzle has completely broken, so I cannot even spray the perfume. I now need to open 'Not as Described. Do I need to close the request and open another one, will Ebay system let me do that? Not had this before, so I need to make sure I'm doing the right procedure...... thanks for any advice
