If you want to list an item to sell to a specific buyer, you could add that the the title.  (For example, 'Listed for Sophie')

Easiest way is to list as buy it now at high price with best offer.

Preferred bidder can offer agreed price, you accept and sell to them.

Don't forget to factor in BPF.
