Pending payments

Hi I recently sold a mobile phone. The funds were transferred, I had it all ready to send then they asked if we could meet in person and he could collect as he lived locally. So that’s what happened. I’ve received positive feedback from him and my account is saying fund’s pending awaiting tracking and delivery confirmation but obviously I haven’t sent it via post, it’s been hand delivered. How do I rectify this? Could anyone help please?

You can't rectify it as you don't have tracking to add.

Your funds will be released 14 days after the transaction, so on day 15.
