I've shipped out a VHS player, the persons address was usable but ebay couldn't let me use the simple shipping or any other shipping so I sent it via evri myself and as eBay usually is they've been useless when there's a glitch. Can't seem to find a single person to talk to so any help would be greatly appreciated.

I have the tracking etc, but ebay simply won't reply. Thank you.

Using a laptop / PC  and Chrome you should be able to change the tracking where the item as marked as dispatched,  yourself.

If not,  contact eBay Customer Services they will do this for you.
