I sent you guys an email about the parcel I purchased on 12 december.I cancelled the item on the 18 december.I contacted the seller numerous times but they never responded.I sent ebay an email a couple of times and still no response.what is going on.I need my money back.

A buyer can only request a cancellation the seller has to agree and action it.

If the estimated delivery date has passed open a claim for item not received to get your refund,search for 'item not received' in the help box at the top of an eBay page

We are just other buyers and sellers like you and can't refund you.

Did you open an item not received case?

If not, do so today - use the link below - or you will run out of time.  Emailing Ebay and leaving messages in this forum will not get you a refund.
