Hello, I sent a package without using an eBay postage label. The item has been delivered to the buyer, but my payment is still on hold. Ive tried contacting customer support, but the automated system isnt helping. Is there a way I can speak to a real person directly?

Without tracking the money will be released anyway within 14 days.   Also bear in mind ebay often put payments to new sellers on hold for 30 days.
