I bought these 3 ton Axle stands on the 8 Dec 2024 I know this out of the returns window but they are still in the box unused (Luckily). I have politely messaged the seller several times with no response.
Incidentally the Axle stands are still being advertised on eBay but showing as out of stock.
I have tried the automated help on eBay but just seem to be going round in circles is there a way I can communicate with a human.
I just get shown policy's but no way that I can get this resolved.

As you rightly say, you are out of eBay's window to claim anything from their MBG Money Back Guarantee policy or from the seller.
You can if you wish contact the manufacturer of the item ask them how you need to proceed here.

Maybe contact the manufacturer, or see what info you can find on the net about these axle stands,as the fault with them could actually be dangerous for you or anyone using them,as axle stands could collapse while using them, and crush someone.
Personally I would put them in recycle waste at your local tip.

Unfortunately that is what I have done, and the seller is ignoring my polite messages.

Ebay have an obligation to inform you that the item you have bought should not be used but then it is between you and the seller.
If you bought from a UK seller, you could try phoning them or writing them a letter.
If the seller was in China, then, quite honestly, there is very little you can do.
