I received a card from royal mail telling me I had to pay additional postage on an item as the stamps have been reused. The stamps do look reused although the seller claims they have not. They have been stuck on with sellotape. I have asked the seller to refund the postage I had to pay but they have still not done this. Has this happened to anyone else and have they received a refund? Tia.

Too late now but it would have been better not to pay and then claim Not Received and got your money back.

Once you have paid it you have no way of getting the seller to refund it.  

You could leave feedback but you have to be very careful how you word it as if you mention postage the seller may be able to get it remove if they are aware of the rules.
