Hello there I purchased an it’s that was not delivered to me I contacted the seller and we both got in touch with Evri . The tracking shows it was delivered on a Friday of course not to me I then contacted Evri regarding this then on Monday it shows delivered the photos taken is still in the same place and then again on Wednesday it’s shouit got delivered again. Evri then email me saying they are sorry they have tracked the drivers gps location and the time it was delivered the driver was nowhere near my location or my address I have forwarded all the emails and the conversation between myself and the buyer but eBay in my opinion didn’t look at the evidence I have provided from Evri confirming the item was never delivered to me but eBay have just said they are in favour of the seller and the item was delivered . I don’t know what to do as all the evidence proves I never received it what can I do from here to get my money back I have waited almost 4 weeks now only to be told I will not get my money back
