I paid for postage. Seller has received item - how does seller mark as delivered?

Pre-paid lable rejected by post office so I paid for postage.  Seller has received item.  how do they mark as received so i get paid?

They can't.   It's done by the tracking.   As you used different postage you need to ontact ebay and ask them to change the tracking number for the item.   You can use callback on here:
