Hi, I paid for an item on collection, but the seller hasn't and doesn't know how to mark it as paid. So I am still being asked to make a payment. Help please.
If you paid cash there's nothing the seller can do. eBay have actually banned cash on collection. Buyers are supposed to pay online through ebay and then they receive a collection code to give to the seller that proves they have the item. To avoid you getting a non-payment strike the seller will have to cancel the transaction on ebay.
