I need help to run a report

I need to run a report on all my purchases, including those paid through my eBay balance and my PayPal account. 

I have run a report, but it only shows purchases paid for through my eBay balance. can anyone out there help me urgently

Login to PayPal and check there. PayPal nothing to do with eBay.
