I need a courier for a large item.

How do I get a postage label for a courier to collect and delivery a large item? Every time I select it's weight, height etc it comes back with 'no service available' why have the options if they are not available.

If your item is bigger than 30kg or 120cm x 80cm x 80cm you should opt out of Simple Delivery during the listing process  and choose your own postage.
