I listed a car and buyer deleted his account and now ebay want fees

Why are ebay charging me fees for a car that I listed and someone bidded on and won and one day after deleted his account so there was noone for me to message for payment so I had to cancel and now ebay wants fees

Also they emailing me that's they're going to get in touch with a team to retried this payment from me even though I told them it's a fake buyer and they shud have str8cter policies on letting people bid

Listing fees are not refundable if a buyer doesn't pay.

Always best to list cars in the classified ads area it’s a flat fee for 30 days. It avoids this unfortunate scenario you are in now.

Listing a car on eBay is the same as listing it in your local paper,  if the car doesn't sell for whatever reason,  the paper would not refund you your advertising fee.

As mentioned, use a Classified ad to list a vehicle most would agree it's the best format, see here:

unless you cancelled the sale for non payment, not only the listing fee is payable, you will also be charged the selling fee.

Ebay does use debt collectors for unpaid fees, and  fees of debt collectors also have to be paid.
Members cannot just delete/remove accounts, only ebay can do that.

See that's what I thought but the person who won the bid created the account on the day and a day after the user doesn't exist so are you saying ebay deleted that member and if so am why am I being charged when ebay deleted the guy who bought my car so I couldn't message him or do anything and then asking me for fees

That's a bit harsh considering this person made an account bidded on my car won it and then a day later he didn't exist why would ebay let someone bid or make an account like that and then ask me for fees abit harsh that is

Yeh but local paper it's not bidding and anyone who comes to see the car I'd see them or speak to them this person made an account on the day bidded won the car and next day his account didn't exist so I couldn't message him why would ebay let someone like that bid and then charge me fees when a honest bidder could've taken the car and in a newspaper maybe someone else wudve rang next day or the next or the next and it wud stil b same price so you've given a bad example like going auction and saying no bidding I'm gonna pay this much doesn't work like that
