I have a 'Buy it now' offer from an overseas customer.
I believe I selected the GSP in my listing, but he has messaged me asking for the postage costs to sent to Korea.
I don't know, obviously, I would just send the item to Litchfield and eBay handle the rest, surely?
I can't see what he can see.
How can I check it will be sent via GSP before I accept?
I don't want to accept the offer and then find I am in a binding contract and then have to finance postage at my own expense (the item is heavy).

Looks as if you do not have GSP set up.
I just tried to get postage on one of your items for S Korea and got this:

Thank you for the prompt reply. I have used GSP several times to sell several items overseas so it certainly WAS set up at least until very recently. I haven't changed anything - so unless eBay has altered something without me spotting it, it should still be set up, I'm trying to work out how to check.
If I look at my listing (edit listing) it looks like I have the GSP slider 'on' - although it is all greyed out and it won't let me change anything because I have a pending offer 😞
I'm not sure what to do next?

I managed to find the GSP option eventually (they don't make it easy!) and I am 'enrolled'.
As far as I can tell the GSP option is enabled on my listing, so no idea why he can't see it.
Since then, he has messaged me again, though, and is now asking if I can send the item to Germany instead. Apparently imported duties and courier costs are less - not sure where this leaves me, protection wise, if I send to an address other than the buyer's - and does the GSP cover this?

You can send to the buyer in Germany as long as they use the address they want the item sent to when they checkout.
To check if you have got GSP on your listings, just go to the relevant item and click pn 'Postage ... see details'.
Then, change the country to the seller's country.
If GSP is active, you will be able to see how much the buyer will have to pay.
It may be that GSP is not currently working properly.

I have tried your suggestion on another listing (not the one where I have the offer) - GSP is definitely enabled on the listing, but when I click on 'Postage, see details' and change it to South Korea - or anywhere else, including Germany - it just says: 'Check item description or contact seller for postage options'.
Only 'United Kingdom' gives me a postage estimate, even though mostly every country is listed under 'Posts to'.
It looks like maybe something isn't right with GSP at the moment?
Or something is wrong with my listings?

My guess would be it is an issue with GSP.
You could try Ebay Customer Support to see if there is an issue at the moment.

indeed when I look at for sale listings you have Global but when I look at individual listings I'm told to contact the seller. I'm in Eire.

I've tried a few 'experiments' by finding various overseas items and changing the delivery location. The GSP seems to work great for sellers in America - selecting either Germany or South Korea gives me the expected estimated costs, duties, fees, etc.
Most (but not all) purchases from the UK just default to 'Contact the seller' - which is not very helpful.
I have no idea what is wrong, it isn't just my listing, quite a few I've tried are the same for all sorts of items - although oddly one or two work.
I can't find any mention of this on the Internet - and contacting eBay seems impossible - I always end up with a talk-bot that is as much use as a chocolate teapot.
Unfortunately, the 'But it now' offer I had has expired, so it looks like I've lost that sale, anyway.
Very annoying that eBay haven't given any information as to what is going on.
Thanks for the help.
