I dont want simple delivery

Hi

Im back to ebay after years away from it.  I do not want the ebay simple delivery.  I am a private seller.  I pay a reduced fee to my employer for postage.  So i charge the buyer roughly half. i.e. if I am going to send something by special delivery, I will list the item as recorded signed for, so then we roughly pay half each.

Is there anything I can do to keep my custom postage?

A lot of us don't want Simple Delivery but we're going to be stuck with it unless you sell items less than £10/100g that fit into letter post.    Once it's becomes fully compulsory that will be the end of custom postage.

No. Unless your items are not eligible for Simple Delivery, that will be the service you have to use.

The buyer will pay Ebay directly for the postage and items are covered for up to £750 plus Ebay will deal with any 'lost in the post' or 'damaged in transit' claims.
