Once the seller provided a label, you had a limited amount of time to return the item.
If you don't return it within the time allowed, then the case will close in the seller's favour.
You needed to get the label printed - libraries and print shops will usually do this for a small charge.
You can't re-open the case. You could try selling the coat yourself.
