Just as before, if you used Custom Postage, and Not Simple Delivery, where it is automatically marked as dispatched.
That is, click on the item sold, then top left , click on View Order details.
Far right from More Actions, click on Mark as Dispatched, and add any relevant tracking there, too.
If not possible on the app, there always seem to be issues there, switch if you can to a laptop / PC and use Chrome, and try from there.
