Hello
a) I didnt use Simple Delivery now I cant mark my items as dispatched.
The customer has received the items and is happy.
Do I need to do anything regarding the 'dispatch overdue' notices on the order ?
If so, what can I do?

You can add your tracking details manually, but use a laptop / PC and try Chrome to do the following:
If there was no tracking you will not be able to mark as dispatched, the notifications to do so will soon stop, but your payout will be held for a minimum of 14 days. You are of course also open, to a case of item not received, with no proof of delivery.

If you open the Simple Delivery label it will mark the item as dispatched. Then do as said to change the tracking. If the buyer paid for the SD label the cost will be refunded to them automatically in 30 days.
